Below is the process we’ll use to make sure your home buying experience is painless and stress free.

1. Let's Meet

Let’s meet to discuss your dreams, wish list, and needs. We’ll take the time to get to know one another. This conversation will accomplish several things:

1. We want to make sure we’re a great fit together.
2. We’ll discuss your stage of life. Are you newly married? Upgrading or downsizing? Kids on the way? Empty nesters? Single?
3. We’ll make a list of what makes up your dream home and what are your must-haves.

2. Budget and Finance Options

We’ll assist you in finding the right lender to walk you through the financing process. They’ll help you determine your buying price range with confidence. Be prepared to dig into paperwork during this part of the process such as pay stubs, W2’s, and tax returns. The lender will do a full review and then tell you what you will be able to borrow so you’ll know exactly what you can afford!

3. Search and Visit Homes

Now that we have your list of dreams, wishes, and needs, as well as your price range, we’ll begin searching our listings for homes that fit you! We’ll send you homes that match with pictures, details, and information.  Once we narrow the list down to the homes you love, we’ll visit open houses, walk through homes, and find the home you deserve!

4. Make an Offer and Close on Your New Home

When we find the home you love, we’ll make an offer and I’ll walk you through all the scenarios and possibilties. I’ll handle the counter offers and make sure we get you the home you love at a price you’re comfortable with. I’ll guide you through the closing process, look over the details of the contract, and make sure you’re confident with what you’re buying and who’s responsible for what.

Negotiating contracts to purchase a home can be a daunting, overwhelming task. How do you know what you’re really signing? Is someone trying to pull a fast one on you? 

I’ll look over every detail of the contract and make sure you’re confident and comfortable with what you’re signing and you know who’s responsible for what. My job is to make sure you get the best deal possible on the home you deserve!
